WHILE YOU ARE VISITING

While you are at Prospect City Hall, please take time to visit the city’s art acquisition, “Trio on a Fence”. Located near Charlotte’s Playground in Little Hunting Creek Park adjacent to City Hall, the metal sculpture depicts children playing on a fence.

Anna and Norman Rissen lived for more than fifty years in a spacious home on Gunpowder Lane. At the end of May, 2024, Anna contacted me to offer the sculpture to the City. The Rissens were planning to move from Prospect, and they wanted to ensure that their beloved sculpture found a good home.

I appreciate Norman and Anna’s generous gift. The families that visit the playground and who attend events in the park all enjoy the sculpture.
